Leadership Class and UK Basketball

I'm in a J-Term class for this week. Its Ministry of Leadership. Great class so far. Great reading. One of our first exercises was name a great leader. The second guy in the class - from Lexington - names Coach John Calipari of the University of Kentucky. Probably a good example, but my first thoughts were, "The last two colleges he left both were immediately on probation." My prof just said, "I guess when he was at Memphis and UMass he wasn't so great, but now that he's at UK he is." Well said Dr. Atkinson.
