In need of MP3's

Tomorrow (Tuesday) I'm driving to Atlanta for my uncle's funeral. My dad's brother, Marvin, passed away early this morning. He died from surgical complications. The family is doing well which is a testimony to my family. I hate the circumstances that bring me home this time, but I'm really glad to be able to see the family. I haven't seen my extended family in over 2 years. I'm always working or in school for family Christmases and holidays. So this is important to me to be there.

Anyway, the funeral is actually on Wednesday. I will leave after Hebrew, hopefully by noon, and arrive in Atlanta by 6pm, in-time for visitation. I will leave Atlanta to come back to Louisville after the funeral on Wednesday. I hope to be on the road by 4pm. Needless to say I'll be driving a lot in the next 36 hours. I need some good driving tunes/audiobooks/preaching. So, if any of you have any suggestions on what I might listen to on the drive, or better yet, a way to send me whatever you are suggesting please send away. You can just post a comment or if you have my email address send it that way. I'm downloading several podcasts and have a few audiobooks but I'm certainly open to whatever you have to offer. Thanks!

How about Paul Washer (YouTube). I have no idea how to send it to you, but he's got some great sermons. Or you could always invest (for the future) in the Bible on CD read my Max McLean (The Listener's Bible). There's always Tim Hawkins too! :-D You can download the Getty's music right off their website or off iTunes (www.gettymusic.com). Or you could rent a copy of a book on CD from the library (maybe public, I don't know if SBTS would have that or not). I hope this helps and that you have a safe drive.

The Pursuit of God
written by A.W. Tozer and read by Grover Gardner

During a train trip from Chicago to Texas in the late 1940's, A.W. Tozer began to write The Pursuit Of God. He wrote all night, the words coming to him as fast as he could put them down. When the train pulled into McAllen, the rough draft was done. Although written in such a remarkably short period of time, Tozer's passionate classic offers not only a deeper understanding of Biblical Truth, but a personal encounter with the very Source of that Truth.
