For those of you who don't know, my husband is a seminary student by day and crazed butcher by night. Well, not the crazed part. He is a butcher though. Most of you know about his passion for meat and cooking it. Well, it has been almost 2 years I guess. I am starting to loose track, which if you know the story of why he became a butcher, is a good thing.
Well, this Saturday he was the center of attention in the store. He was on display showing all his glory and skill on how to cut strip steaks out of this big hunk of meat. People got to customize how their steaks were cut all day long, which really isn't anything special, Fresh Market always does that, but they were drawing more attention to it because Strips were on sale for 4.99lb. Not to many injuries were acquired, just one gash to the knuckle. No worries though, word on the street is customers didn't suspect a thing.
I am super thankful to this Fresh Market. Josh's boss has been unbelievable with appreciation and scheduling for Josh. This is Josh's third store, hopefully his last ;). Shout-out to Jeff for being such a great guy to Josh, I know he doesn't read this blog though. Pray for Jeff, Josh will be having lunch with him soon for the sole purpose of sharing the gospel.
