Hey Shana, I love your garden! Have you read Animal, Vegetable, Miracle by Barbara Kingsolver? That is where I learned about heirloom tomatoes. We have some in our garden as well. Although ours are going to be yellow with red strips. It looks like yours might be light green with dark green strips - the zebra tomato. We had those last year and they were delicious. I ended have way too many last year and so I started making tomato pies. This year I will be canning my tomatoes. :0)
Oh, so about your comment on how my husband has time to do all of these home projects...he hasn't started his residency program yet. He had about a month break. He is actually starting in 2 days, bummer.
